I'm sorry for the loss of Uncle Richard. Through my youth, there where many great times spent over at the Tarrence household. There where many family gatherings and I thank him for hosting and bringing all sides of the family together for BBQ's, birthdays, and just having dinner and relaxing together. Many pictures in my album from those times and we of the Wilson household do thank him for bringing family together to create these great memories. His love for family, integrity, hard work and generosity has lived on through his children who have become great in their own right. He will be missed.

Dicky,
A name he was fondly known as. We were in kindergarten together thru the 9th or 10th grade. I always denied I had a mad crush on him. However, there were others who shared the same infatuation. I always treasured a cute little song he sang to me in the tune of Pop Hit Peggy Sue by Buddy Holly to "If you knew Norma Sue". The Westpark community embraced his entire family and his classmates were saddened (especially the athletic and music department) when they moved to Bedford, Ohio. He has been blessed with a good life here. I can celebrate that fact and know the "Best is yet to come."
My condolences are to his loving family. May God bless you and grant you peace during this very difficult time.
In Celebration

2 Timothy Chapter 4

7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished [my] course, I have kept the faith:
8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
Your smiling face and beautiful voice will do benefit to the celestial choir . Rest in peace my friend.

Rich/Lafeesa,
Cynthia and I send our deepest sympathy at this very difficult time. Your Dad will be greatly missed, but his smile and gentle spirit will always be remembered forever. Even though I did not get a chance to meet your dad, the phone conversation we shared has built an ever lasting bond. We always enjoyed discussion about our Cleveland Browns and what they could do better to bring a Superbowl Championship to Cleveland, Ohio. Rest in peace...Brother Richard James Tarrence.

Richard was a cool and funny brothers-in-law . He was always telling jokes. He would always say I’ll see you in the funnies when he said goodbye. I use that phrase every now and them and I always thought of him. I would always ask him to sing for me. He had a beautiful voice. He truly loved God. He loved his children. They were precious to him. He will truly be missed in my heart and many others.

Richard was a gentle soul. He was a funny man. We would talk about how his family was good and how he loved everyone around him. He loved his Cleveland team. He will be missed .
