Ahmad was born on May 22, 1940, in Doroud, Iran. As a teenager, he moved to Tehran to further his education and received a Master's degree in Accounting. There, he met his wife, Farah, and had two boys, Ali and Omid. He moved to the United States in 1979 to make a better life for his family and provide a better future for his kids.
Ahmad was passionate about photography, always with a camera in hand, taking pictures and video at family gatherings and events. He loved to travel and did annual trips with his family. Ahmad was very analytical and loved to figure out how things work and to DIY all projects around the house, work on his cars, and work on his computer. He later found a new passion in learning the Spanish language and culture and enjoyed speaking Spanish whenever he could. But above all, Ahmad loved his family and his wife of 51 years.
Ahmad is survived by his wife, Farah, his two boys, Ali and Omid, two grandchildren, Sophia and Elahna, as well as many close family members in Iran and the US.
Burial services will take place privately at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date once the pandemic restrictions have been lifted.
