Anthony Matthew Hartley, age 40, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Friday, September 30, 2022.
A visitation for Anthony will be held Saturday, November 5, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Ross Hollywood Chapel and Killingsworth St. Johns Lombard Little Chapel of The Chimes, 4733 NE Thompson St, Portland, OR 97213, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
