Arthur W. Ramsey "Bill" passed away Thursday morning from natural causes.

Bill was born in Tillamook, Ore., and graduated from Neah Kah Nie High School. He was a career service man. A long time member of the Elks club and the American Legion. He was a principled man, with faith in God and love of family.

Preceded in death by his wife, Donna Vickey Elliott; his former wife, Ilene; a sister; and his stepson. He is survived by four children; a stepson; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a sister.
