Bonnie was born on June 17, 1924 in Nampa, ID. Her family moved to Milwaukie, Oregon, shortly after where she went to school and met her husband, Bill. Bill and Bonnie married on December 27, 1942. Bonnie worked and attended some classes at Reed College while Bill was serving in the Navy.
When he returned, they built a home in Milwaukie. She lived for 68 years, and passed peacefully, in that same house. Married for 56 years, Bonnie loved spending time with Bill at their beach house in Rockaway and traveling to many vacation spots, but especially to Mazatlán, Mexico every year. Bonnie also worked alongside Bill at Mascott Equipment Company Inc. as Secretary-Treasurer for 45 years. Bonnie’s greatest love was being surrounded by her family and celebrating any occasion.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her husband, Bill, in 1999. She is survived by her children: Marlene Gardner, Terri (Jack) Flitcraft, Cindi (Scott) Michaels and William “Bill” Mascott III. Bonnie is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren, a sister-in-law and her husband, Sally and Bud Tibbetts, as well as many nieces and nephews, whom she loved dearly.
