Dolores C. (Kirby) Waterman was born on June 24, 1915, in Chicago, Illinois and passed away on December 23, 2011, in Portland, Oregon at the age of 96 years.
Dolores was a WAC during WWII and served in France and North Africa. In 1958, Dolores moved to Portland with her Mother to join her Brother, Warren L. Kirby and his family. Dolores was employed by Pacific Power and Light Company for 22 years and at the time of her retirement in 1980 she had achieved the title of Assistant Secretary of Pacific Power and Light. Dolores married Storrs Waterman on March 31, 2001 at the age of 85.
Dolores is survived by Nieces; Diane Kirby Schneider and Valerie Kirby Biswell, Nephew; Gregory H., Kirby, Stepson; Michael Waterman and their Families. Dolores was preceded in death by her Husband; Storrs Waterman on September 6, 2010.

Recitation of the Rosary will be Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church followed by a Committal Service with Military Honors at Gethsemani Catholic Cemetery at 2:00 p.m.
