Fang Li was born in January of 1968 in Guangzhou, China. She was a university graduate and a good businesswoman. Fang was a fervent Buddhist and a strong-willed but very kind and generous woman.
Fang is survived by her spouse Joseph Ramonda, who she met in November of 2005 in Hong Kong over the Chinese New Year as well as her daughter, Lexi Li.
