Forrest was an accomplished painter and a fan of many things, some of which included TV Sports; golf and football. His favorite team was the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also loved playing action packed video games and sharing his new games with his young cousin Noah, who fondly referred to Forrest as “Uncle Foe”. He loved of all animals and Mom’s cinnamon rolls.
Forrest was a proud member of a local AA support group for over 20 years that enriched his life with love, friendship and spiritual guidance.
Forrest passed away on August 19, 2013 at Adventist Hospital. He will be remembered as a very kind person that loved and cared for his family and friends deeply. He is survived by his mother Rachel T. Smith; sister, Tabitha Smith (Aloha); brother, Colin Smith (Milwaukie); nieces; Vanessa (Los Angeles), Chanel (Aloha) and a host of cousins and extended family.
