He received his college degree at Lewis and Clark College. Frank worked for Sayers and Burroughs and was in the United States Marine Corps.
He belonged to the Scottish Rite of Free Masonry, Portland Lodge #55, Al Kader Shrine, and the Beaverton Elks.
Frank was preceded in death by his daughter, Sheila Mills Ho. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine; daughter, Catherine Mills; and grandson, Matthew Ho. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather.
A service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, October 10, 2014 at Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to th Shriner’s Childrens Hospital or a charity of your choice.
