Gary Richard Bailey, age 66, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021.
Gary was born June 6, 1954. He served honorably in the United States Army as a Private Second Class. On behalf of a grateful nation he is inurned at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon.
