George Casino Bate

George was born on May 9th, 1948 in the Philippines to Francisco Bate and Demetria Casino. He worked as an optician for various places over the years.

On October 7th, 1973 he married Vicky Umayam in Alcala Pangasinan, together they shared 52 years of marriage.

George was known for his generosity, kindness, support, and story telling. He also loved cooking pancit and adobo for his family. In his free time he enjoyed collecting coins and singing karaoke. He was a member of Filipino Christian International - Assembly of God Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and three sisters.

He is survived by his wife Vicky Bate. His three children John Bate (Carrie Harrington), Jasmin Bate, Alma Bate. Grandchildren Boston (Nadia) Bate, Brooklyn Bate, Maraya Bate.

On February 26th, 2026 at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home the viewing will start at 8:30am and the service will follow at 10:30. The burial starts at 1pm and the reception to follow.

George will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
