Howard F. Forst is survived by his wife, Virginia Forst; children, Carol, James, Jerry, and Caren; 10 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
A public viewing will be held Thursday, August 9, 2012, from 10:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. and a funeral service will be held Friday, August 10, 2012 at 11:00a.m. In Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
