Inka Barbara Elliott, 74, of Bremen, Germany, peacefully passed away on December 3, 2023, in Portland, Oregon. She was born on February 16, 1949, in Bremen, Germany, and later immigrated to Canada at the age of four. Inka then settled in Portland, Oregon, in 1960.
Known as "The Burger Lady," Inka, along with her beloved husband Craig, owned and operated The Hollywood Burger Bar in the Hollywood District of Portland, Oregon. Their establishment became a local favorite, serving delicious burgers and creating cherished memories for the community.
Inka is survived by her loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Craig Eric Elliott.
Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. May she rest in peace.
