Irene Koronaios was born in Deskati, Greece on April 20, 1921 to Constantine and Maria Cpshiropolous. She was one of ten kids. Irene met her beloved husband George in Athens and in 1954 the two moved to the United States. Irene was very active in her church; serving as a Sunday School teacher and singing in the church choir. She loved to travel; visiting places all over the world. She enjoyed singing, playing piano, and cooking. Irene had a real zest for life. She will be missed dearly by her daughter Maria, her son John and all the many lives she touched.
