Jacqueline Shia, 88, of West Linn, Oregon passed away, Tuesday, July 22, 2014 surrounded by her family. She was born to Louis and Anita Joseph in McKeesport, Pennsylvania, but spent most of her life in Austin, Texas. She is survived by her son Mark (Beth), daughter Jann, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband David in 2009. There will be a graveside service at Willamette National Cemetery 11800 SE Mt. Scott Blvd. Portland, OR 97086.
