John Edward Drew was born January 22, 1929 in Portland, Oregon. After serving his country with honor in the army during the Korean war, John graduated from Portland State Universoty, majoring in Education. He was a teacher for 30 yers with Portland public schools. His interests in metallurgy, real estate and classic car restoration allowed him to continue educating and influence many people throughout his life. John is survived by his wife of 57 years, Catherine, sons Steven (Annette) and Bruce, Daughter, Pamela Goska (Walt), 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. John went home to our Lord on Dec. 1th after a hard struggle with congestive heart failure.
