Andy was born in Portland, Oregon on July 21, 1981 to his parents, John and Marlowe Hopper.

Andy is in the care of Finley Sunset Hills Mortuary and will be placed to rest with his family at Sunset Hills Memorial Park, 6801 SW Sunset Hwy, Portland, OR 97225.
