Joseph Warren Grandy Jr., age 83, of Fairview, Oregon passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
Joseph was born to Joseph and Virginia Grandy in Hood River, Oregon. He is preceded in death by his parents; and is survived by his loving spouse, Sylvia, along with many family members and friends.
Joseph is in the care of Skyline Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home in Portland, Oregon.
