She was born on September 24th, 1939 in Riverside, California to Herman and Catherine Juergenmeyer. She spent the first part of her life in southern California. In 1959 she married Rex D. Knight Jr. They later divorced. She lived in several locations during her husband’s Air Force career. They had 3 daughters. She had a love for children and spent many years as a child care provider. She also worked for several adult foster care homes in Oregon City.
She worked for Rose Villa Retirement Center until her retirement in December 2004.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Kathleen and daughter Donna. She is survived by daughters Susan (Don) and Pamela (David), four grandchildren; Megan, Hailey, David and Grace.
Interment at Lincoln Memorial Park Cemetery.
