Services for Kenneth Clyde Giltner will be held 10:00 am Wednesday, June 23, 2010 at Ross Hollywood Chapel in Portland, Oregon. A graveside with military honors will be held at 1:30 pm at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Giltner served in the United States Coast Guard from January 3, 1942 to January 13, 1947 during World War II. Arrangements entrusted to Ross Hollywood Chapel.
