We are deeply saddened shocked by the passing of our dear colleague Krishna. It is a tremendous loss for all of us who had the privilege of working alongside him. He was more than just a coworker — he was a calm presence, a helpful teammate, and someone who always carried a quiet strength that inspired many.

His dedication, kindness, and humility will be remembered fondly. Whether it was guiding a new team member, solving a difficult problem, or simply sharing a warm smile in the hallway, he touched our workplace in ways that will stay with us forever.

During this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with his family. May they find comfort in knowing how deeply he was respected and how warmly he will be remembered.

I had the privilege of working with Krishna in the mid-to-late 90s on the Willamette project at Intel’s Jones Farm campus. Those years are filled with wonderful memories. Krishna was a joy to work with — collaboration and teamwork were truly in his nature. We all learned from him, and we all learned alongside him.

You will be deeply missed, Krishna. Rest in peace.

It has been hard to put any words into the loss that we are all experiencing at present. Krishna was an exceptional human being with so many facets and most of all a big heart.

It was a privilege to work under his tutelage and be mentored by him. I guess I was one of the few fortunate ones that got this opportunity. Everytime we knew that he is backing our efforts it would boost the morale and motivate us to see through the work. Even now for any difficult situation, the thought is always there as to what would Krishna do. He truly embodied the message from Robert Noyce : "Don't be encumbered by history, just go out and do something wonderful".

I will fondly remember and cherish the random conversations I sometimes had with him during the long walks at lunch time. We will miss his ingenuity, authenticity, sharp wit, humor and the kindness that he showed to all around him. It is time to take a pause to reflect on his legacy. 

Our deepest condolences are with the family and wish they find the strength to overcome the profound loss.

You stood far above us all, awed us all, the best of us. I am blessed to have been there by you on the first steps of your microprocessor journey - the nights spent at your home, fantasizing and drawing railway track circuits :). You did go on and fulfill those dreams that I never could. Thank you for being that college life buddy who supports and fuels the thirst of knowing stuff. May you spread the same in heaven and your next life. Gonna miss your presence in this life.

He is fondly known as DKR for his APRS Tadikonda schoolmates of 1985 Xth batch. He was in the B section, Roll number 18, a very quiet and observant student. His elder brother is also an alumnus of our school. He was good at physics. One classmate recalled that he didn't eat curd and used to bite his nails! Another classmate kept in touch with him in the US recalled how he helped a friend of him settle down in Portland. Another classmate recalled how he was in the same section as him in Hindu college, Guntur for intermediate. We also thought about the time he used to walk and study under the street lights at APRS Tadikonda! He did his undergrad from RVR later and he was the topper of that batch landing a job in an MNC. We have many fond memories of him, having stayed in the same hostel from class 8 to class 10. We are all heartbroken to hear the news that he is no more physically. He will continue to live on in our memories forever and ever - classmates of AP Residential School, Tadikonda (most of us remember him as the boy from this black&white photo)

I was honored and privileged to have known Krishna. Worked side by side with him for so many years. He was a great mentor and an outstanding engineer, but above all an amazing human being. His smile, jokes, sarcasm and the countless passionate conversations in Barnes Lab in all those Power-On's over the years, I still remember everything as if it was yesterday, loved and cherished every moment of them. 

Miss you buddy 😢. May your legacy and teachings live with us. We owe it to you.

Krishna was not only an exceptional engineer, gifted in both creativity and problem-solving, but also a person who cared deeply about people. He poured himself into mentoring others and helped shape the careers of so many. I am grateful for the years I worked with him and for the chance to know him. His kindness, insight, and steady presence will be greatly missed. 

Krishna, my thoughts and prayers are with your family. After leading so many power-ons and PRQs, launching so many careers, and touching so many lives, may you now rest in peace, my friend.

This is a tragic loss and too soon. I remember Krishna always smiling, optimistic, fun to joke around with. I wish the best for his family in their grieving this fantastic role model.

He was a fantastic mentor, he told me to ask questions and be the one who gets asked questions.  He will be missed.

Krishna - oh my friend. Am gutted to say the least. Beyond your professional expertise which was well established, your personal touch and sense of humor providing witty examples of comparison with our Intel products during the countless hours we spent in our labs are something I will always cherish and miss. 


Am still unable to address this message to someone else but Krishna as am not able to come to terms with the sad demise.

Krishna was not only a trusted teammate but also a cherished friend with whom I had the privilege of working for over 20 years at Intel and more recently at Microsoft.
