Lavina married Eugene W. Page on November 15, 1947.
She worked at Montgomery Ward and the telephone company, but her career was her family. Lavina had a passion for home and family that was her greatest pleasure.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Eugene Page; daughters, Connie Van Kirk (Dale) and Gail Huck (Rick); her grandchildren, Lisa Maier (Martin), Toni Yep (Derek), Kristy Ditto (Brandon), Mikel Van Kirk (Beth), and Tori Van Kirk; her great grandchildren, Nico Maier, Mason Maier, Jacob Yep, Kaitlyn Ditto and Kyrsa Ditto; and her siblings, Raymond Bates, Ronald Bates, and Evelyn Froke.
A viewing will begin at 11am on March 16, 2018 at Lincoln Memorial Park & Funeral Home, followed by a procession to Willamette National Cemetery for a committal service at 1pm.
