Lester Glenn Hubbell died Wednesday, February 8, 2012 at his home in Portland at the age of 94. He was born August 15, 1917 in Chicago, Illinois the son of Clifford and Mabel (Lejon) Hubbell. He has one sibling, sister, Audrey Adams. Lester married Helyn Marie Fischer. To this union they nurtured two children, Lynne and Wayne. Lester served his country in the US Army during WWII. Upon discharge he pursued his career with NW Bell Telephone Company.
He is survived by his two children; son, Dr. Wayne Hubbell; daughter, Dr. Lynne Morrison; sister, Audrey Adams; and grandchildren, Steven and Elizabeth Morrison and Paul Hubbell.
At this time there are no formal services to be held.
