Lou Ann Robinson

Lou Ann Robinson, age 85, of Tigard, Oregon passed away on Sunday October 20, 2019. Lou Ann was born December 2, 1933 in San Diego, California to William and Ruth Woodson. She was the younger of two children. In the 1980s Lou Ann made her way to Oregon to be closer to her family. It was in Beaverton, at the age of 62, Lou Ann came to saving faith in Christ Jesus at Southwest Bible Church. She became an active member of the congregation, even helping to lead bible studies. Lou Ann’s strong faith lead her through life and she enjoyed passing these values along to others.

Lou Ann was incredibly patriotic. She loved her county and took every opportunity to display the flag. Red, white, and blue were her colors; from bedroom décor to jewelry! Lou Ann’s family meant the world to her and she was a fiercely devoted grandmother. Her grandchildren gave her purpose and fulfilment in life. She was also a strongly faithful friend, holding many friendships over many years.

Lou Ann was loved by all and her family looks forward to seeing her again.

Lou Ann was preceded in death by her son, Gregory Kuhn; son-in-law, Peter Coons; brother, William Woodson; and parents, William and Ruth Woodson.

Lou Ann is survived by her daughter Kimberly Coons; and grandchildren, Courtney (Caleb) Steinborn, Seth Kuhn, and Christopher Coons.

A memorial service for Lou Ann will be held Friday, November 1, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Southwest Bible Church, 14605 SW Weir Road, Beaverton, OR 97007. She will be laid to rest at Skyline Memorial Gardens.
