Mary loved Elvis and had many great memories with her family that surrounded their common love of his music and movies. She also enjoyed shopping, fishing and clam digging. She was a family person. She loved taking trips to the coast with her family. Mary was known for her sense of humor, her compassion and caring nature and her helpfulness.
She will be deeply missed by those who loved and knew her. Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Susan Gorshe, Sharon French and Cathy McGuire, as well as her grandchildren Sean, Lenny, Maryanne, and Timothy, and great-grandchildren Michael, Casey, Olivia, Violet, and Eva. Mary is preceded in death by her husband Melvin and son Michael McGuire.
A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 1pm at Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home.
A private inurnment will be held at Willamette National Cemetery.
