One of seven children, Mildred "Millie" Viola Moebius, born 1923 to Ronald and Gertie Miller. She passed away August 6, 2015 in Reno Nevada of natural causes . Siblings are; Frances Emma, James Ronald, Raymond Roy, Esther Louise, Jack Henry and Jorden "Jodi" Stone . Millie was preceded in death by her husband, US Army (RET) Major Jack A. Moebius, life companion Phil Repanich and daughter Sandra L Heckman . Millie leaves behind 3 children, Jerry Wayne "Jake" Moebius of Reno Nevada, Ronald Ernest Moebius of Christmas Valley, Oregon and Kathleen Carol Miller of Harker Heights, Texas. Millie was an accomplished artist, writer, and poet . She possessed a great inner spirituality and a deep faith in family, friendships and the world around her. Millie was blessed with 6 grandchildren , 13 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. A Celebrant Service will be held August 22, 2015 at 2;00 pm at Lincoln Memorial Park And Funeral Home. 11801 SE MT. Scott Blvd, Portland, Or. Internment and reception to follow. Millie's wish was to be cremated. Donations can be made in her name to the Trails End Art Association (trailsendart.org).
