Norma was born March 30, 1938 in Portland, Oregon. She was raised and lived in North Portland her entire life. In 1956 she graduated from Roosevelt Highschool and married her highschool sweetheart Jerry; they had two daughters Kathleen and Crystal.
Norma worked for Kaiser Permanente till she retired in the 1990's. She enjoyed travelling, crossword puzzles, and spending time with family and friends. For the last 2 years, she lived at Emeritus at Sellwood Landing. A funeral will be held in Skyline Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 4101 NW Skyline Blvd. Saturday 9/28, at 11:00 am.
She is survived by her mother Mae K. Gadotti of Scappoose, OR; daughter Kathleen Shadle of Milwaukie, OR; grandson Jeffrey Shadle of Woodland, Wa; granddaughter Tracie Carter of Las Vegas, NV; sister Donna Wickstrom of Gresham, OR; brothers Joseph, Michael, Louis and Robert Gadotti of Scappoose, OR and Charles DeRieux of South Carolina, as well as several nieces and nephews and 3 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Jerry and daughter Crystal.
