Penny Ann De Wolf of Portland, Oregon passed away on Monday, August 3, 2020 at the age of 76. Penny was born to Robert & Blanche Jones on February 24, 1944. Penny is survived her husband Richard as well as many family and friends. A private family memorial is planned at a later date. Arrangements under the care of Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services.
