Phyllis Doreen Lumber, age 84, of Portland, Oregon passed away on Saturday, June 21, 2025. She will be fondly remembered by her friends and neighbors as a kind, compassionate person who loved travel and her beloved dog, Lulu.
All are welcome to attend her service which will be held Monday, July 14th at Finley-Sunset Hills. Visitation will begin at 10am, Graveside committal will be at noon.
