Ramsey, a World War II Air Force Sergeant, and POW in Germany; is survived by daughter’s Tracy, Holly, and son’s Mike, Pat, and Matt; wife Donna, and step children Jeannine, Rich, and Chris Burley. A funeral is scheduled for 11 AM, May 23, 2012, at Willamette National.
