Richard A. Cooper was born in Tulare, California on December 26, 1943 to Parents Joseph and Cleone Cooper. Richard passed away in Portland, Oregon on May 27, 2011 at the age of 67 years.
Richard is survived by his Wife; Laurene, Son; Cary Cooper, Daughters; Tammy Peterson and Dawn West and six Grandchildren.
At Richard's request, no services have been scheduled. Gateway Little Chapel of the Chimes has the honor of directing arrangements for the Cooper Family.
