Throughout her life, Rita found happiness in many things including collecting wolf collectibles, visiting flea markets, and traveling. She loved being able to see new places and experience new things.
Rita is preceded in death by her parents, Rex and Helen Grover, her brother, Max Grover, her sister, Sandy Stroud, and her granddaughter, Jasmine Hernandez. She is survived by her husband, David Carter, her three daughters, Brandi Casterjon (Miller), Bess Judd (Miller), Jessica Miller, her son Danny Franklin Jr., her brother David Grover, her sister Anita Shaw, nineteen grandchildren and one great-grandson. She will be missed by all.
