The world needs more wisdom and family values like Roberts. My short few years working with Bob will always leave me with a great example to follow.

The Greatest man of the greatest generation.  A true Father, Grandfather, Husband and Hero.  You will be missed, Grandpa Bob.  Until we see you again on the other side.

Our thoughts are with Eric and the rest of the Epperson family.

Bob was a very respected man wherever he went.  His integrity and value system were always on display.  I was a Boy Scout and remember going to the woods on his farm for merit badge exercises.  I also knew him as an officer in the 6229 USAR School as a revered instructor.  You always got the best from him.  Bob was a very fine man whom I was priviledged to know.

 Bob was a great man who loved the Lord and his country. He was a great influence to our children in church, scouting and civil air patrol. Our sympathies to Joan and her boys

I met CW4 Epperson when I reenlisted in the USAR 6229 School at Vancovuer Barracks, WA. He was a "master instructor" - my words. He was strong in character and integrity. The "Chief" was known for his great pancake breakfasts that he would share will personnel on Sunday morning drills. I served with him during Site Support at Reno, NV at the C&GS school at the Un of NV, Reno. He loved his family, the school and the US Army Reserve. He was well known and a respected leader. He is probably making some of those famous pancakes for his Savior, our Lord, Jesus.

You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

I met Bob when I started at the Combined Support Maintenance Shop at Camp Withycombe.  He was always a great fellow.  He also built a canopy for me which was a great canopy.  I also new him as an instructor at the college in Reno, NV.  I know he will be missed.

Bob was a great man. A good example to all with whom he came in contact. He will be missed. Sorry we couldn't make the memorial service...

Bob Epperson was a great man and has left a wonderful legacy.
He loved his family...he loved his country....and he loved his Heavenly Father.  He reminds all of us how important it is to stand firm and stand up for truth in whatever form it comes..Keep our families close, take care of our country and the constitution, and take care of our neighbors.
He will be greatly missed.

I know he was a wonderful man who raised a terrific family that share his patriotic spirit.  Many of his offspring now distinguish themselves in uniformed service to our nation.  May he rest in peace.

Grandpa Bob was the best! He gave us rides in the bucket of the bulldozer when we were little and let me learn to drive in his convertable mustang :)  He was always working on something, I loved how he would whistle as he worked. Not just any whistle, he was like a song~bird in a Disney movie. Unfortunatley that talent was not passed down. At the end of the day Grandpa had a bowl of ice cream with hershey syrup, and a little later, a big bowl of popcorn. I'll be thinking of him when I go for a mid-night snack... Grandpa, you are loved and missed. Untill we meet again.

Thank you for helping to make Ben the wonderful man and husband that he is. You were and always will be an example to live up to. We love you!

He's always been a good friend to me and would always say hello and spend some time visiting with me whenever our paths crossed. Haven't seen him for a long time now so have already been missing his kindness and humor....  Condolences to you Joan, and to your wonderful family, with much love.

He was a great Dad.  Best one I ever had.  In fact I am sure he had a cup that had that printed on it ...'World's Greatest Dad."  You done good!  

Thank you for all of the wise counsel you gave me, like the standard response to my questions of, is this good enough? Your answer was always "as long as it's perfect." 

That was my favorite along with, "make work play and you'll never have to work."

I will miss you, but will strive to be a become a better person because of what you taught me.
