Rodger was born in Deshler, Nebraska to Roy and Mildred Liebsack.
Rodger came to Portland and gradated from Roosevelt High School and the attended Clark College while working several jobs, until he was drafted into the Army and spent time in Germany. When he returned he continued to work for Malarkey Roofing company for over 52 years until he retired in 2017.
Rodger loved to take trips to Nebraska and Hawaii and spending quality time with friends. Rodger's survived by his former wife Lynn Vivier. Two step daughters Tammy Musil of Omaha Nebraska and Tina Bernhardt of Olathe, Kansas. His Sister Angelia Pearson, brother in law Todd Pearson, three nephews Mitchell and David Grochowski and Zachary Wilhite and Niece Jessica Black.
He is preceded in death by his parents Roy L Liebsack & Mildred B Musgrave, his sister Shirley Rymer, Sister Yvonne Grochowski & Brother Robert J Liebsack and nephew Brighton Troy.
