Ronald G. Haworth

Ron was a graduate of Hillsboro High School. He joined the United States Army after high school and served for five years during which he achieved the rank of Corporal. Follow his service, Ron attended Pacific University and received his Bachelor’s Degree. On August 15, 1974 he married Mary Price in Newport, Oregon. He taught math and assisted the Athletic Department with Neahkahnie School District for five years followed by a 26 year career as a math teacher and assistant with the Athletic Department with Beaverton School District at Sunset High School. He enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, hunting, riding dirt bikes and of course, riding his Honda Gold Wing. Ron also enjoyed indoor activities such as working out at the gym and lifting weights, his daily crossword puzzles and Jumbles, watching his beloved Blazers and Jeopardy! He was an easygoing guy and will be remembered by his family as both a good father and a good man.

Ron will be missed by his wife, Mary; son, Mark; daughters, Danni Donaldson, Rhonda Haworth and Julie Mullican; step-sons, Mike Wolf and Mark Wolf; step-daughter, Diane Hodge; 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.

A private family service will be held. He will be laid to rest with his parents at Skyline Memorial Gardens.
