For a long time, our family has always been afraid of this day, the day when our father who provides the main spiritual support for our great family, took his last breath. The pain is limitless, this loss cannot be compensated by anything.

Dad passed away at the age of 91 and his longevity would have been a dream by many people. Despite all of that, we all still mourn for your death very much. Although we know that birth, aging, sickness and death are the inevitable rule of life, it's so painful to be separated from our loving father.

When our father lived in Vietnam, he was a diligent official who was a dedicated public servant, and together with his colleagues, he built many achievements for Vinh Long province hospital at that time.

Our father is an ordinary person like any other human being. Our Father's heart, love and tolerance, sacrifice will forever be the pride of his children and grandchildren. With the family, Dad is always care, fulfilling his responsibilities, and our family is very proud of him.

Remembering the old days, the day when our family first came to United States, Dad worked very hard to make a living, but he always missed and worried about the loved ones who remained in Vietnam. How can we forget the time when we were so miserable after the fall of South Vietnam, from an intellectual person, worked mainly in the office, Dad had to start earning a living at the corner of the street to take care of Grandma and our family.

Our father is an optimist, loves life, and is always humorous and witty with a tolerant and loving heart. Dad loves Mom, a gentle, diligent, hard-working wife; Dad treated his sons-in-law and daughters-in-law in-law as if they were his own children. He loved his children, grandchildren, his brothers and always ready to help everyone. When we learned about our father's illness, we were all saddened and worried. Dad was nearly death so many times and was able to recovered and overcome all obstacles. Thanks to our Mom, doctors and friends who wholeheartedly cared for, visited and encouraged.

Dad! You are an excellent example for the family. You are an exemplary husband, father and grandfather. You will forever be our pride. We promise to take good care of Mom, to protect and love each other, and do good things like you have taught us. Farewell Dad, may you rest in peace and your soul be saved with our ancestors. Goodbye Dad, until we meet again!!! We love you Dad!!

We sincerely would like to thanks our extended family, aunts, uncles and friends who have visited, cared for and encouraged in all aspects for our family from the time of illness till the time we say farewell to our beloved father to his final resting place
