AVIS DE DÉCÈS
William "Bill" Reichle
11 juillet 1949 – 20 août 2021
Bill Reichle was loved by many and was sadly taken from us to be with God on August 20th, 2021, at the age of 72.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Bill had 2 brothers, Patrick & James. He lived a beautiful life alongside of his one-of-a-kind wife, Joan. They had two kids, Billy and Tracie, as well as 6 grandchildren, Zach, Gabe, Jake, Morgen, Josselin, and Jackson.
Bill enjoyed building and talking about classic cars, going to hot rod shows, and listening to ZZ Top. He loved anything and everything that had to do with classic cars and cruising, but there was nothing he loved more than his wife, children, and grandchildren. He wasn’t a sports fan, but he enjoyed going to his grandchildren’s sporting events and was their biggest fan. We were all blessed to have known him and he will be dearly missed.
A celebration of life will be held Monday September 20, 2021 from 4:00-7:00pm at Tumwater Vineyard, 375 SW Barrel House Way, West Linn, OR 97068. Bill would appreciate a donation to his favorite cause, Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, in lieu of flowers or gifts.

Bill’s physical presence will be dearly missed…yet his influence, contributions, perspective and concern for the betterment of all apprentice’s and journeymen will continue to be felt for generations to come. I personally had the pleasure of working with Bill for almost 4 years and appreciated his unwavering and steadfast commitment to give opportunities to those who wanted them. If Bill saw potential in someone he would support them wholeheartedly even if they didn’t always meet expectations. I learned quickly that Bill’s quiet deliberation before speaking yielded wise council during difficult times which will be greatly missed. He embodied the scripture of James 1:19 “be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger”. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Reichle family…Bill will be missed but never forgotten.

To my Dear Sister Joan, my nephew Bill Jr., his wonderful wife Sarah and all of the beautiful grandchildren in the family.
At a time like this when words are so hard to find and thoughts so hard to express and tears are making it so hard to see, we wanted to send you this short but sincere note expressing Our Love and Support and Deepest Sympathy in the Loss of your loving, kind, hardworking and extremely selfless husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend who, for so long as we've ever known him, always put the needs of others before himself.
Now resting in peace with Our Heavenly Father and forever in all of our hearts!!
