Charles Mills, 83, passed away December 25, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Lina Lee Clark Mills; daughter Lee Mills and parents T. Clint and Florence Rhodes Mills. He is survived by his children, Merrily James (Mike), Chip Mills (Adrian) and Clark Mills (Beth); brother Clint Mills (Myrtice); sisters Betty Ward and Debbie Cook; grandchildren, Gannon James (Carrie), Leah Amis (Kelly), Hampton and Taylor Mills, Michelle West, Holly Boyle and Christy Boswell. Charles is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Charles enjoyed southern gospel music and attended various singings throughout the years. He had a beautiful singing voice and ministered to so many through this gift while serving the Lord.
A visitation for Charles will be held Monday, December 30, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville, 347 East Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067. Following the visitation will be a graveside at 12:30 PM at Prattville Memory Gardens, 841 Fairview Ave, Prattville, AL 36066.
