Arthur Gregory "Greg" Barnett, born on August 9, 1964, passed away on September 22, 2025, at the age of 61. He was a resident of Prattville, Alabama. Greg was preceded in death by his parents, James and Patricia Barnett; grandparents, Arthur and Onita Sanders and Homer and Nila Barnett; brother, James Rodman Barnett Jr. and grandson, Peyton Poole.
He is survived his wife, Sylvia Barnett; sons, Christopher Barnett (Stefany), James Barnett; step daughter, Lori Poole and grandson, Gregory Poole.
Greg loved watching Alabama football and deer hunting.
A visitation will be held on Friday, September 26, 2025 from 5PM until 7PM at Ridouts Prattville Chapel, 347 E. Main St. Prattville, Al. 36067. Funeral service will be at 11AM on Saturday, September 27, 2025 a Ridouts Prattville Chapel. Burial will folllow at Prattville Memory Gardens.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Christopher Barnett, James Barnett, Walter Dieffenbach, Barry Ashworth, Zac Dennis , Robert Williams and Edward Shumate
