NORTHINGTON, John W., Sr., 84, a resident of Prattville, AL passed away on Monday, February 28, 2011. He was preceded in death by his son, William E. Northington. He is survived by One son, John W. Northington, Jr., of Prattville, AL; one daughter and son-in-law, Jennie and David Chandler, Tullahoma, TN; and their mother, Marlean; two brothers, James Northington, Prattville, AL; Charles Northington, Plano, TX; one sister, Betty Jo McGriff, Prattville, AL; two grandchildren, Cody Chandler and Michael Chandler. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel.. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 1:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
