Bush, Margaret J. “Peggy”, 79, a longtime resident of Deatsville, AL, passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 1:00PM at Pine Level United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Janet Krantz officiating. Peggy was born in Maine to the late Bernard Jenkins and Dorothy Mercer. She moved to Alabama when she was in the 9th grade. Peggy attended art classes at AUM and enjoyed painting nature pictures, gardening, and watching hummingbirds. She was a member of Robinson Springs United Methodist Church in Millbrook, and for 10 years worked as a Pharmacy Tech at the Walmart in Prattville. Peggy was preceded in death by her son, James Edward Bush; and brother, Charles E. Jenkins. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 60 years, James M. Bush; daughter, Barbara Bush; and a niece in Florida and nephew in Maryland.
