Mary Gissendanner

Mary Gissendanner, age 75, of Prattville, Alabama passed away on Sunday, May 22, 2022. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, George A. Gissendanner; parents Homer and Myrtle Meeks. She is survived by her children, George Gissendanner Jr. (Alice), Rhonda Pichardo and Jason Gissendanner (Jessica); grandchildren, Brittany Gissendanner (Christopher), George Gissendanner III (Angel), Heather Tillis (Mike), Kayley Richards and Haley Picardo. She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren and her sister, Gloria Ann Kirch and brother Christopher Meeks. Mary was a long time employee of Tony's Pizza in Montgomery. She was also huge Alabama Football Fan. She loved to fish, sew, shop and grow flowers. Her family was very important to her. She was dearly loved and will be deeply missed. A visitation for Mary will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, 347 East Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
