FINDLEY, Mathew Lee, age 29 and a resident of Prattville, AL passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 after an extended illness. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Shirley Williams; paternal grandfather and grandmother, Mary and Elbert Findley; uncle, Eric Williams. Survivors include his parents, Mitzie and Will Findley; twin brother, Andrew (Dana) Findley; sister, Susan (Billy) Smith; nephews, Austin Smith and Cameron Miller; niece, Erika Smith and maternal grandfather, Clarence Williams; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Pallbearers will be Jeff McCord, John Blackerby, Tony Findley, Blake Wright, Mikee Cobern and Joe Carroll. Funeral services will be held Friday, February 19, 2010 at 2:00 PM from St. Mark’s Episcopal Church with Father Scott Arnold officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, February 18, 2010 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel.
