Melody Jean Sharpton of Millbrook Alabama passed away on may 1 2025 at the age of 71. Melody was born in Savanna Georgia November 30 1953. Melody was a beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She was a devoted member of Pleasant Hill Baptist church. Melody served in the air national guard and subsequently was hired by the Federal Aviation Administration and began her career as an air traffic controller where she served for 32 yrs before retiring in November of 2013.
A graveside service for Melody will be held Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, 1530 Bridge Creek Road, Prattville,, Alabama 36067.
