Mr. Toney was preceded in death by; his father, Kenny Ray Toney along with his brother, Keith Allen Toney.
Randall leaves behind his loving family, his mother Marva Ellison, a brother, Kenny Lee Toney(Melissa), fiancé, Tamara Thorton, his four children, Keith, Joey, Heaven, and Melissa, along with six grandchildren.
Randall Ray Toney was loved by many, and will be missed by all.
