

Ray was preceded in death by his father, Amos Ray Coulter , along with his granddaughter, Kenzie Brooklynn Jiles.
Ray was survived by his loving wife, Heather Mitcham Coulter, three sons, Jude Ray Coulter, Rhye Garrett Coulter, and William Brett Coulter, two daughters, Caroline McClean Coulter and Jordan Rae Coulter, his sister, Minta Coulter VanDevender, one brother, Alan Monroe, and two nephews, Blake Allen VanDevender, David Balen VanDevender and granddaughter, Kaisyn Nicole Coulter.
Ray Coulter was known for his love of travel. He loved his family trips and the time they spent in Montana. He enjoyed the snow top mountains, running waters and all things outdoors. When it came to sports you could find Ray somewhere yelling Roll Tide on Saturdays and Go Packers on Sundays. He was adventurous, fun, and enjoyed life. Ray was a man determined to build a beautiful life for his family and he did just that. He was a loving father and an expectational husband. His legacy will forever live on. Ray Jude Coulter was loved by many and will be missed by all.
A memorial service for Ray will be held Sunday, December 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Ridout's Prattville Chapel, with a reception to immediate follow.
