HAWKINS, Robert Earl (Bobby), 71, a resident of Deatsville, AL, passed away on Wednesday, September 28, 2011. He is survived by his wife, Sara Hawkins, Deatsville, AL; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Melanie Hawkins, Prattville, AL; sister, Betty Joyce (Steve) Butler, Wetumpka, AL; Brothers, Eddie (Wanda) Hawkins, Ozark, AL; Billy Hawkins; two grandchildren, Ashleigh Danielle Hawkins and Kaitlin Alisha Hawkins. Pallbearers will be Nathan Adams, Rusty Atchison, Brian Hunt, Dewayne Hunt, Dewayne Martin, Michael Vineyard, Matthew Walker and Joey Watson. Honorary pallbearers will be Danny Percival, Joe Don Tomlin, SRF Employees and the Stoney Point Church of Christ Men’s Sunday School Class. A special “Thank You” to Baptist Hospice for their care and support. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2011 at Stoney Point Church of Christ with Minister Bill Walker, Minster Kent Turner and Bro. Mike Vineyard officiating. Burial will follow in Stoney Point Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church on Friday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
