HICKS, Robert A. “Bobby”, 75, a resident of Prattville, AL, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012. He was Pastor of Pletcher Community Church for five years and Sr. Pastor of Prattville Community Church for forty five years. He was preceded in death by a son, Max Hicks, and a brother Rev. Jerry Hicks. He is survived by his wife of fifty four years, Mae Hicks, Prattville, AL; two daughters, Joy (Michael) Manning, White City, AL; Debbie Hicks, Commerce, GA; two sons, David (Lisa) Hicks, Prattville, AL; Daniel (Aida) Hicks, Montgomery, AL; brother, Paul (Linda) Hicks, Dothan, AL; two uncles, John (Betty) Hicks, Prattville, AL; Bill (Carla) Hicks, Plant City, FL; ten grandchildren; eight great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be the Trustees of Prattville Community Church. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from Prattville Community Church with Bro. Ricky Smith, Bro. Elton Haddock and Bro. Ottis Bruner officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Prattville Community Church on Tuesday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
