Sandra Diane Stephens a resident of Deatsville,Al passed away Saturday August 30, 2014. Funeral services will be at Ridout's Prattville Chapel on Saturday September 6, 2014 at 11:00 am. Burial will follow at Eastwood Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents Lizzie and Oscar Parham and one sister Gail Hanson. She is survived by her children: Angela Michelle Cleckler (Tuter) and Charles Kevin Stephens, Jr. (Buddy), one sister, Sandra Helms and a brother Boyd Parham. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.Pallbearers will be Eric, Bill, John, Donnie James and Kevin.A special thanks to her life long friend Karen Rector and her boss Dr. William Dubose.Arrangements under the direction of Ridout's-Brown-Service Prattville Chapel, Prattville, AL.
