Claude Joseph Jean Provencher

It is with deep love and sadness that the family of Claude Joseph Jean Provencher announce his passing. Claude was 71, born on June 9th, 1954 in Quebec and passed away on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 in Prince George where he resided for many years.

Claude was much loved by his friends and family. He was a fantastic guy who was a devoted husband, father, papa and pa. His warm smile and generous spirit touched everyone he met, and he was always ready to lend a hand or offer advice whether you liked it or not.

Claude loved his family, the outdoors and sitting around the fire in his swing. He loved to work on vehicles, loved the mechanics of it.

Claude loved road trips, camping, exploring, archery and hunting. He loved God and prayed regularly. Faith was central in Claude’s life, and he found comfort and strength in his daily prayers.

Claude is survived by his wife Deb, son Marc (Ashley), daughter Nathalie (Dallas), stepson Dave (Brittany), stepdaughter Lindsey (Ray), sister Francine (Gilles), sister Jeannine (Naud), grandchildren Gavin, Tegan, Jacob, Logan, Quinnlyn, Jahvar, Mari, Ben as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews. His legacy lives on in the memories he created and the love he gave so freely to every member of his family and circle of friends.

Claude will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all his family and friends. There is no service or celebration of life scheduled at this time. His family will be in touch with family and friends when something is decided.
